RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS: When a truck driver lost his cargo and scattered debris across multiple lanes on I-285 during morning rush hour traffic, a civilian (equipped with a dash cam) pulled over to help. Shortly after, another motorist joined in the effort as 18-wheelers and other cars continued to zip past.
